How long does my order take to ship?
Each of our toy cars is custom-made with detailed craftsmanship. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for order preparation, depending on the complexity of the model.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of each product, all sales are final and non-returnable.
However, if there’s a problem with your order — such as damage during shipping, defects, or incorrect items — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through replacement parts, repair suggestions, or other solutions.
